This is a painting of Lord Shiva inspired by the classic Ajanta mural style. It is a contemporary painting which captures the traditional elements of cave murals such as the meditative facial features of Shiva and the earthy undertones. The crescent moon, earrings, and the necklace have been made of molten metal and add a contrast in the palette. At the base are three Nandis which are also a representation of cave art.
