This Rock Dhokra Ganesha is seated before a decorated altar and has been rendered using two stones and brass. His large ears, curved trunk, tusks, and expressive features are highlighted in brass. His right hand is held in Abhaya Mudra and he holds a modak in his left hand, has an elaborate mukut on his head, a string of necklace around his neck and an Uparna (sash) elegantly draped around him. He wears a pleated, layered dhoti around the lower body and is adorned with multiple bangles on his hands. The contrast between brass and stone gives the sculpture a distinctive character.
